AICY Inc. (CEO Bom Lee), the company behind the Vertical Agentic OS for Finance ‘Numen’ (formerly Finex), announced that it has been selected for the ‘Miracle’ track of Korea’s Global Corporate Collaboration Program (AroundX), hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in partnership with Oracle.
AroundX is a government program that pairs promising Korean startups with global technology leaders — including Microsoft, Oracle, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) — to accelerate technical maturity and overseas market entry. Within it, the Oracle-run ‘Miracle’ track selected 30 promising AI and data startups, which kicked off the program with an orientation at Pangyo Startup Zone on May 14.
What Numen builds with Oracle
Through the selection, Numen will advance its product and global expansion alongside Oracle and the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy & Innovation with the following support:
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) — hardening Numen’s financial-data processing and AI engine on enterprise-grade cloud.
Dedicated mentorship and a tailored growth strategy — mentoring and investment support from the Gyeonggi innovation center to sharpen the scale-up plan.
A fast track to global investment — access to overseas investment and partnership opportunities through Oracle’s global network.
Overseas market access — on-the-ground expansion opportunities, including a program tied to Singapore’s ‘SWITCH’ startup expo in October.
Enterprise-grade infrastructure, aimed at global and North American customers
Numen is a finance agentic OS designed from day one to a global, jurisdiction-agnostic standard rather than the accounting conventions of any single country. Being selected for Oracle Miracle means Numen will run and validate its product on OCI — a global enterprise-standard infrastructure. That is a foundation for meeting the security, compliance, and scalability requirements that global enterprises — including those in North America — demand, and a channel to build overseas references and partnerships through Oracle’s global customer footprint.

Going forward, AICY plans to accelerate its global expansion by offering solutions that automate the full FP&A, costing, and management-accounting workflow on top of ERP ledger data — anchored by the AI Finance OS ‘Numen’ and the cloud ERP ‘CBOOK’ — to companies in Korea and abroad.
