The webinar shares expert insight on finance and management accounting — core to running a business — and is aimed at finance C-level leaders and practitioners working on 2025 strategy and KPIs.
It covers what financial KPI budgeting is and how to begin setting the right financial KPIs for your company, introduces representative KPI metrics and their financial meaning, and delivers accessible expert insight through case-study analysis.
The speaker is Deokgu Lee, Head of Numen R&D — a Korean CPA and US CMA with over 20 years of accounting consulting and hands-on experience at firms including Deloitte Anjin. He has authored several accounting titles on management and financial accounting, and is a serial founder who built a costing ERP system and sold that startup to a listed company.
