On October 8, 2024, AICY Inc. (CEO Bom Lee) and the Korea M&A Consulting Association (Chairman Sangdae Son) signed a strategic partnership to broaden the adoption of finance-management solutions and grow the surrounding market.
The partnership aims to help the association quickly bring AICY’s finance-management solution to businesses, contributing to market expansion. Through it, the association’s M&A experts will use the solution to support company operations and drive growth in the related market.
AICY holds the intellectual property for the finance-management solution developed under the partnership and will continue its R&D while providing uninterrupted service to subscribers. The Korea M&A Consulting Association will lead domestic and overseas distribution, expanding adoption among Chamber of Commerce members, companies in the Seongnam Namdong industrial complex, and SMEs and listed firms.
AICY CEO Bom Lee said, “Through this partnership we’ll expand use of our finance-management solution and help SMEs manage their finances more efficiently.” Chairman Sangdae Son added, “We’ll leverage the association’s M&A expert network so that more companies can benefit from this innovative solution.”
The two organizations aim to grow market share and deepen collaboration, and plan to continue working closely together.
