AICY, the AI FP&A company, joins Korea’s public-procurement system to drive finance DX·AX across public institutions

Public-sector finance DX

AICY Inc. (CEO Bom Lee), an AI-based FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) company, has been officially registered as a supplier on Korea’s national e-procurement system (KONEPS), qualifying it to transact with government and public institutions.

The registration opens the door for AICY to supply its products and services to a wide range of public bodies — ministries, local governments, and educational institutions, as well as public enterprises and quasi-governmental agencies.

AICY provides automation (AX) across the full FP&A workflow — financial analysis, KPI management, budgeting, and forecasting — centered on Numen (formerly Finex), its ERP-ledger-based AI finance solution. It has since rounded out a broader DX portfolio spanning corporate finance, adding the financial-statement analysis service ‘fiela.ai’ and the integrated management ERP ‘CBOOK ERP.’

As Korea’s only FP&A-specialized SaaS platform, the KONEPS listing strengthens AICY’s position to support public institutions with financial strategy, more efficient budget execution, and performance analysis.

With fiscal soundness a growing priority for public institutions, offering a strategic finance-management solution into the procurement market is expected to be a differentiator.

An AICY representative said, “This registration is more than entering the public market — it’s a meaningful first step in presenting finance DX·AX, and the new FP&A category itself, to public procurement,” adding that the company “will do its best to deliver data-driven management innovation across both private and public sectors, centered on Numen, CBOOK, and fiela.ai.”
