Sales / AR

Orders, quotes, invoicing, and receivables in one flow — with AI that recognizes documents and queues suggested entries.

The Sales agent runs the revenue side of your business, from a customer's first quote through to collecting the cash. It keeps orders, invoices, and receivables connected, so a sale you record here shows up in your AR ledger and your accounting with no re-keying.

What you can do

  • Create orders and quotes and turn an accepted quote into an order.
  • Handle revenue registration / invoicing when goods or services are delivered.
  • Keep a customer master of everyone you sell to.
  • Watch a sales dashboard for trends and totals in the current data period.
  • Track receivables / AR ledger and manage collections.
  • Review the sales ledger — a running record of every sale.
  • Use AI-assisted entry that recognizes documents and queues suggested journal entries for approval.

How to record a sale

  1. 1Create a quote or order for a customer from the customer master, or import the source document into the AI chat.
  2. 2When you deliver, register the revenue. The AI can read the invoice and pre-fill the amount, customer, and account.
  3. 3Approve the suggested entry. The sale posts, and the amount opens as a receivable in the AR ledger.
  4. 4When payment arrives, record the collection to close the receivable.

Managing receivables

The AR ledger shows what each customer owes and how long it has been outstanding. Use it to prioritize collections and to reconcile against bank deposits imported in the Accounting agent.

Tip
Keep the customer master tidy. Clean customer records let the AI match documents to the right account automatically, so more sales entries come pre-filled and correct.
