Getting around the workspace

The Numen workspace is one consistent shell across both modules. Once you know where things live, everything else is quick to find. Here is the tour.

The left sidebar

• Module switcher — flip between Plan and Books at the top.
• New chat — start a fresh AI chat session at any time.
• Search (`Ctrl+K`) — global search across agents, pages, and data.
• Widget Library — your saved reusable data blocks, ready to drop onto any canvas.
• Agents catalog — browse and add agents; pick a library preset or describe one in plain language to have it built for you.
• Your active agents — the agents you use, listed below the catalog. Drag to reorder them.
• Module tools — module-specific shortcuts for Plan or Books.
• Entity switcher — switch between legal entities or sites; the whole view re-scopes to the one you pick.
• Profile, notifications, language (KO/EN), and theme (light/dark) — account and display controls at the bottom.

The always-on data period + version

Every view in Numen shows a data period and a version context. This is not decoration — in management accounting, a number means nothing without knowing *which period* and *which version* (actuals, budget, a forecast revision) it belongs to. The same account can hold very different figures across periods and versions.
